A Standing SFOC (Special Flight Operations Certificate) allows CRM to perform UAV operations anywhere within the Pacific Region while removing the need to obtain permission from Transport Canada prior to each flight. This means that CRM can fly at a moment’s notice pending permission from NavCanada if within controlled airspace.
